Timing depends on the season and the scope, which we will be honest about rather than promising a date we cannot keep. You get a realistic date with the quote, and we tell you if it moves.
We read it properly and check whether it is an emergency first. Then we contact you the way you asked us to — usually the same business day. If a visit is needed we book it, and nothing starts until you approve a written scope and price.
We will always tell you before we attend. Where a visit is needed to price the work properly, we say whether it is free or what it costs, so there are no surprises on the estimate.
