Roofing repair work being carried out on a property
What kind of work do you take on?

Property maintenance and repairs, exterior construction and envelope work, roofing and waterproofing, concrete and hardscaping, interior repairs and finishing, and seasonal snow and ice services. If you are not sure which category your problem falls into, describe it and we will tell you.

Do you work on commercial properties as well as homes?

Yes. We take on residential work — houses, townhouses and condominium units — alongside commercial properties such as retail, office, industrial units and multi-residential buildings. Both are held to the same standard.

Do you take on small repairs, or only larger projects?

Both. A sticking door or a failed caulk joint is a legitimate job, and we would rather fix it early than be called back to replace the wall around it. Larger multi-trade projects are welcome for the same reason: one crew, one point of contact.

Can you work in an occupied home or an operating business?

Yes — most of our work happens in occupied properties. We plan around your hours, contain dust and noise where we can, protect finishes and access routes, and leave the space usable at the end of each day.

Can we see examples of your work?

Ask us and we will arrange it. For a repair or a build close to what you are considering, we can talk you through the details, the materials and the sequencing, and where a property owner is willing, we will show you the work itself.

Do you offer scheduled maintenance instead of one-off repairs?

Yes. For owners, landlords and property managers we set up a recurring schedule and a simple written record of what was checked, what was repaired and what is coming up. It is usually cheaper than reacting to failures in the worst month of the year.

Do you handle snow and seasonal work?

Yes: snow clearing for driveways, walkways, entrances and parking areas, salting and ice control, roof snow load and ice dam monitoring, frozen drainage thawing, and spring clean-up with winter damage repair. Seasonal agreements are best arranged before the first snowfall.

What are your business hours?

Monday to Saturday. We do not publish fixed opening times because bookings are arranged directly with you — say when it suits you and we will find a window that works. Emergencies are answered around the clock, any day.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text (905) 536-6173, or use the request-a-quote form. Choose whether you would rather be called, texted or emailed, and we only ask for that one contact detail. To keep spam out, the form accepts a maximum of three requests per day from any one connection.

Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. Work is described in writing with a price before it starts. Changes are agreed before they happen, so the invoice matches the estimate.

How do you handle payment?

Payment terms, deposits and schedule are set out in your written estimate so there is no ambiguity. We never collect card details through this website, and we will never ask for them by text or email.

What happens after I send the quote form?

We read it properly and check whether it is an emergency first. Then we contact you the way you asked us to — usually the same business day. If a visit is needed we book it, and nothing starts until you approve a written scope and price.

How quickly can you look at non-urgent work?

Timing depends on the season and the scope, which we will be honest about rather than promising a date we cannot keep. You get a realistic date with the quote, and we tell you if it moves.

Which areas do you serve?

The Greater Toronto Area (the GTA). Call or send a request and we will confirm whether your address is covered before you commit to anything.

Is there a charge for travel or a site visit?

We will always tell you before we attend. Where a visit is needed to price the work properly, we say whether it is free or what it costs, so there are no surprises on the estimate.

Should I call or send the form if it is urgent?

Call. For an emergency a phone call is always faster than an email or a form, because we can start telling you what to do while we are on the way. You can fill the form in as well, but the call gets you a faster answer.

What counts as an emergency?

Water coming in, a failed or leaking roof, a burst or failed supply line, storm and wind damage, a blocked or frozen drain, a property that is not secure, and anything that makes a building unsafe. If a hazard is life-threatening, call 911 first.

How fast can you attend an emergency?

We move on emergency calls immediately, day or night, and the first thing we do is tell you how to stop further damage while we are travelling. Response times depend on the weather, traffic and what else is happening, so we will not invent a number we cannot stand behind.
