Is there a charge for travel or a site visit?
We will always tell you before we attend. Where a visit is needed to price the work properly, we say whether it is free or what it costs, so there are no surprises on the estimate.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Saturday. We do not publish fixed opening times because bookings are arranged directly with you — say when it suits you and we will find a window that works. Emergencies are answered around the clock, any day.
Should I call or send the form if it is urgent?
Call. For an emergency a phone call is always faster than an email or a form, because we can start telling you what to do while we are on the way. You can fill the form in as well, but the call gets you a faster answer.
